My coaching approach includes the use of a therapeutic tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often described as psychological acupressure.
EFT is a stress reduction technique that helps you feel calmer when you address areas of difficulty in your life, so you can approach challenges with greater ease and clarity. As you begin to see situations from new perspectives, it becomes easier to move forward in ways that truly serve you.
Together, we gently explore and release limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions and unconscious blocks that may be holding you back. Through this process, you start to realise that you already have everything you need within you to create the life you want. When this understanding lands, your behaviours and choices naturally begin to align with your values and intentions, and the results in your life start to change.
